Welcome to Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, website (amirsbouncehouse.com), and renting our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking any rental or engaging with our services. 

  

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  

By accessing or using our website, booking rental products, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules applicable to specific services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 

  

  1. Rental Terms

  

– Rental Period: The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered and ends when the equipment is picked up or returned. You are responsible for the rented equipment during the entire rental period. 

– Delivery and Pickup: Delivery times are subject to availability. Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC will make every effort to deliver and set up the equipment at the agreed-upon time. Pickup will occur after the event at a time scheduled in advance. Delays in pickup must be communicated promptly. 

– Supervision: It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that children and adults using the rented equipment are supervised at all times. Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to improper use or lack of supervision. 

– Damage and Loss: You agree to return the equipment in the same condition it was provided. You will be charged for any damages or lost items at the full replacement cost. 

  

  1. Payment Terms

  

– Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your rental. 

– Final Payment: Full payment is required before or upon delivery. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payments. 

– Cancellations: Cancellations made within [Insert Time Period] of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

– Refunds: Refunds may be offered at our discretion for specific circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure. 

  

  1. Equipment Use and Safety

  

– Proper Use: All equipment must be used according to the safety guidelines provided at the time of delivery. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury and/or damage to the equipment. 

– Weather Conditions: For safety reasons, certain equipment (e.g., inflatables) should not be used in high winds, heavy rain, or other hazardous weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, it is the renter’s responsibility to cease use of the equipment immediately. 

– No Food, Drinks, or Sharp Objects: Food, drinks, sharp objects, or other prohibited items should not be used on or near the inflatables or other rental equipment. 

  

  1. Liability and Indemnification

  

– Release of Liability: Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the use of the rental equipment. By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC from any and all claims, including those resulting from negligence. 

– Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees that may arise from your use of the rental equipment. 

  

  1. Force Majeure

  

Amir’s Bounce House and Party Rental, LLC is not liable for delays, failure of performance, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, or any other unforeseeable event. 

  

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
